We ship frozen raw pet food orders via FedEx & UPS every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday except holidays. It also may depend on the area you are in and quantities you are ordering.  We recommend ordering a little in advance and if you are not sure ask before placing your order.

Please place your order before 12 pm to be shipped same day. Any orders that are placed on Wednesday after 12 pm will be shipped the following Monday.

 In case of inclement weather: We may not always be aware of unusual or adverse weather conditions in your area that could affect the timely delivery of your order. If a bad weather is in the forecast or carrier disruptions, please take that into consideration before placing an order for perishable products.  

Pick Up 

There is no quantity limit on pick up. Just let us know a day or two in advance about your plans - what kind of food you need and when roughly you are planning on being there. For Saturday and Sunday pick up please let us know no later then Friday before 12 pm.

There is Fuel 4 (green color)  Gas Service station open 24/7 there that we use as a hub. It is located between Exxon and Speedway. We will have your order waiting for you.
